These include xero (accounting and reconciling) GST returns and payroll for a staff of 7 and 6 part time employees, as well as debt management of the gym. Being the biggest gym in the Waipa, Joanne takes care of reconciling and managing debt for 500 payers. Invoices and reports are sent out weekly and we do not have to remind or remember; Admin and Accounting Solutions are on top of their game. We find working with Jo and her team very easy and efficient. We receive weekly updates on all debt management, and daily communicate with each other on every day running of the gym and reconciling of payments.
